  200 (pronounced tveyhundrað [ˈtvɛiˌhʊndɹa], Faroese for the number 200) is a punk band from the archipelago of Faroe Islands. The name alludes to a "200%" political stance for the Faroe Islands' secession from Denmark. 200 consists of frontman Niels Arge Galán, drummer Uni Árting and bassist Mikael Blak, who for example also plays with the renowned Faroese/Nordic jazz band Yggdrasil.
  200 is one of the most popular rock bands on the Faroe Islands. It debuted at the Prix Føroyar in 2001 and has since released several albums.
  "Das Stockholmsyndrom" is the limited vinyl version of their 2009 album Stokkhólmssyndromið. At the band's express wish, the record was given a German-language title.

  200 is a punkband from the Faroese islands, if not the first punk band from there. Their 4th album was called "Stokkhólmssyndromið". it was actually released on CD, but I was so amazed by the sound of Punk and Garage Rock, that the album was released on Vinyl on JSR.
  Due to band's request, this LP-Version was released with the german title "DAS STOCKHOLMSYNDROM", so what you get here is the "german" pressing of a classic release of faroese punk- All lyrics are in faroese lagnuage, lyrics are included - for those who wold like to dig deeper into this beautiful language.
